Shipping & returns
We ship from the factory in Mumbai and stand behind every belt we stitch.
- How long does delivery take?
- Standard (surface) delivery reaches most Indian pincodes in 4–7 working days. Fast (express) delivery takes 2–4 working days. Orders placed before 3pm IST are dispatched the same working day from Mumbai.
- What does shipping cost?
- Standard shipping is ₹79 and is free on orders over ₹999. Fast delivery is ₹149 flat.
- Can I exchange for a different size?
- Yes. Within 7 days of delivery we exchange for any other size, free of cost on the first exchange. Keep the belt unused with the tag on.
- How do returns work?
- Message us on WhatsApp or through the contact form with your order number within 7 days. We arrange a reverse pickup wherever our courier serves; elsewhere we reimburse the courier cost. Refunds reach the original payment method in 3–5 working days after the belt reaches the factory.
- What is not covered?
- Belts that were used, cut, punched at home, or damaged by wear are not eligible. Manufacturing defects are always covered — send us a photo and we replace the belt.
